INSPECTION VISITS
Here at Alanya Answers we recognise that your new property is also an asset and one that needs to be maintained. We are the only company offering this service, we follow on where your estate agents stops. Our dedicated team would like to offer you the aftersales care that will provide you with a peace of mind knowing your property is in safe hands. We will visit your vacant property on 2 weekly basis, services include checking window & door security; “airing” the apartment; running through water - essential to avoid stale water smells in your home; checking utilities. Regular reports will be provided.

We offer a professional efficient service from a minor repair to a major repair, all of which our team oversees. Any small maintenance e.g, loose toilet seats, tiles, shall be taken from the float and is to be replaced by owner. Any large work will, of course, be reported to the owner and be dealt with as directed.

KEY HOLDING SERVICE
Keys will be securely stored. (For those apartments that are rented the keys will be made available to guests on their arrival.)

WELCOME HAMPER
On entering your property you will be greeted by a complimentary flowers and a small food hamper, milk tea, bread, etc. All this will be delivered shortly before your arrival.

PREPARATION CLEAN
Before you arrive your property will be given a full preparation clean. This includes makings beds, preparing linen, window cleaning etc.

DEPARTURE CLEAN
After your departure a full clean will be given. All linen will be laundered and rubbish disposed of. All beds stripped and left unmade. A full inspection check is also done.

AIRPORT COLLECTION
As a Elmas member, you will be entitled to one free collection from Antalya airport and chauffeured to your property. This collection will be on your first visit following purchase of the Elmas package.

Parties of more that 4 will be extra charged.

HALF DAY ORIENTATION
Booked prior to arrival. One of our team members will escort you, your family or guests to wherever you want to locally. A trip to the bank if required. An orientation to the local area eg buses, shops, hospitals/ medical services, beaches etc. A shopping visit tolocal shops or bazaars
